Yes. The studio is at 5/30 Christensen Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192. The older FAQ named 17 Ambrose Avenue. That address is closed.
Yes. The services are done by Complete Car Detailing at the Cheltenham studio, or on a mobile visit where that service is offered.
Ceramic coatings, exterior detailing, a combined inside-and-out detail, pre-sale and the interior coating can be done at the car. A cabin-only detail, paint correction, window tinting and overspray are done at the studio. Paint protection film, vinyl, rim repair and dash cams are quoted.
Yes, when a car is extremely dirty or has a lot of dog hair. That usually adds one to two hours, and the guide is $50 to $100 depending on condition. Send photos to 0466 339 502, or call in, and the studio will price it.
No call-out fee inside 15 km of the studio. Further out, one guide starts from $40, and the mobile services page says the travel fee is usually $20 to $60. Call or email for the figure for your address.
Yes. Large SUVs, trucks and seven-seat vehicles such as LandCruisers, Range Rovers and Discoverys are $50 extra. Large people movers are quoted.
Access to electricity and water. Mobile appointments on the scheduler are offered at 8am or 12pm, and a booking made after 6pm for the next day depends on availability.
Payment is on site when the job is finished, by cash, card or phone tap. A receipt is issued then. Invoices are not left to be paid later.
Detailing takes about 2 to 6 hours. Ceramic coating packages take about 24 hours, including cure time. A 5 stage paint correction is about a day.
No dent repairs. A cut and polish can lift swirls, light scratches and paint transfer that are still in the clear coat. A scratch through the clear coat into the paint will not polish out. The studio walks the car first and says which marks will come out.
Monday to Sunday, 8am to 6pm.
